General Registration Information
Programs are open to all Washington Township residents. All registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited for some programs. Registrations and payments, in the form of cash or check, are accepted at the Recreation Division. Checks should be made payable to "Washington Township." Mail-in registrations should be sent to: Washington Twp. Recreation Division, 1117 Route 130, Robbinsville, NJ 08691. In-person registrations are also accepted at our office: 54 Robbinsville-Allentown Road, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Program Cancellation Policy
The Recreation Division reserves the right to cancel any program if there is insufficient enrollment or change any of the dates, times, locations, ages, fees or other information for any program. All registration fees for cancelled programs will be refunded.
Refund Policy
No exceptions will be made to this policy. Please read carefully.
Registrants who wish to withdraw prior to the start of a program may be issued a refund only if the Recreation Division is notified in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the starting date of the program. A 20% administrative service charge will be imposed for all refunds granted. No refunds will be granted after a program has started. The summer camp program has a separate refund policy, which will be noted on pertinent registration information. Program fees for certain programs are non-refundable.
Return Check Policy
A penalty fee of $25 per program will be charged for checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds. To maintain registration in the program, registrant must pay registration and penalty fee in cash.
