Plan Review/Permit/Inspections

Plan review and permit applications may be submitted at any time. Prior approvals from Zoning, Township Engineer, Board of Health, or Soil Conservation must be submitted prior to any plan review being performed. Usually the plan review process lasts about 10 days. The Control Person will call you with plan review comments or to pick up your permit.

Inspections are currently being performed as follows:

Building Inspections - Monday through Friday, a.m. and p.m.
Plumbing Inspections - Monday through Thursday, Various times
Electric Inspections - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Various Times
Fire inspections - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a.m.

When scheduling an inspection, please have block and lot, permit number, type of inspection and day of request ready to give to clerical staff. For consultation with an official or Inspector, please contact the office to schedule an appointment.
