Pool Permits

Please be advised that part of the responsibility for the issuance of this construction permit for your pool is that the following items must be completed and approved prior to the use of said pool.

1. The appropriate fence and/or guards around pool.
2. Final electrical inspection approval.
3. Final building inspection approval.

These inspections shall include a permanent type fence being installed with the appropriate latches and/or alarms as needed, completion of all concrete aprons and/or slab work and the completion of all final grading and vegetative covering.

This Department will then issue a Certificate of Approval verifying that work is complete.

Due to the nature of the hazards of all pools, this Department will not issue any temporary certificates.
